Do not assume things as these are not material for any proceedings unless some one objects specifically in Court. If Birth certificate or bonafide certificates state you the son of so and so , it is valid for all purposes. Your advocate helps you in filing affidavit that both both Busi Vijayakumar and Basi Vijayakumar is one and the same and he is son of so and so............, it is not a problem.
