Surrender my all property to bank

Dear Respected Sir, I 58 years old and i took bank loan amount Rs 3:35 Cr in September 2014 ( We purchase Broadcast equipments worth Rs 3,00,00,000 ) after one year on of the Female director and his husband loan guarantor are create dispute and take all equipments forcefully and raise the police complaint against me and my son under section 354 ( Molestation ) on same rental premises shes change the name of company and lease agreements with influence and support of local MLA in police station. I surrender my all 3 Properties the approx. Value is around 3 Cr.on 21st February 2018 because i unable to settle the 3.5 Cr. alone to bank and what next step i want to be secure my self and my family and my friend is guarantor of my above loan. I HAVE FEW QUESTIONS
1) DID YOU TAKE THE LOAN IN YOUR NAME OR THE COMPANY?
2)  DID YOU GIVE ANY SECURITY TO THE BANK AGAINST THE LOAN ?

3) IN WHOSE NAME WERE THOSE ASSETS PURCHASED ?

4)WHY DID YOU SURRENDER YOUR ASSETS IF HER HUSBAND WAS ALSO LOAN GUARANTOR ?

5) WHY DID YOU SURRENDER YOUR ASSETS...YOU SHOULD HAVE SOLD THEM INSTEAD....THEN HER HUSBAND WOULD ALSO HAVE BEEN BOOKED BY THE BANK TO PAY THE LOAN.....

We had taken loan in name of company M/s ARNS MEDIA PVT LTD.  

Loan Amount is Total  Rs 3.35 Crore   (  Rs. 2 Crore is Term loan + Rs. 1 Crore is Equipment loan + Rs. 35 Lac is Cash Credit  )

The Loan against my 3 properties is colletral to bank

Company Having 3 Director and 2 Guarantor 

1, Ashok Rudani                          Director

2, Ansuya  Ashok Rudani            Director

3, Kanchan S. More                     Director

4, Sachin More                             Guarantor/Suerty

5, Pradeep Mehta                         Guarantor/Suerty

the bank taken Order from Court i.e. CMM  (Killa Court ) 

After that i will surender my 2 House and my office Peacefully to bank

What next bank will do ? Bank could hareshment  another director

How can we secure my family and my freind Pradeep mehta is Guarantor/ suerty

DONT WORRY SIR SINCE YOU HAVE ALREADY GIVEN ALL YOUR PROPERTY AND HAVE NOTHING LEFT THE BANK WILL NOT HARASS YOU....SINCE THE LOAN WAS TAKEN IN COMPANY NAME THE BALANCE LOAN WOULD BE REQUIRED TO BE PAID BY THE SECOND DIRECTOR  IE BY KANCHAN ....THE BANKS CAN EVEN GO TO COURT FOR THE RECOVERY OF THE LOAN AND THE COURT COULD ORDER ATTACHMENT OF HER PROPERTY AS YOU DONT HAVE ANY MORE PROPERTY NOW,  IF ALL THE AMOUNT IS NOT RECOVERED ON SALE OF YOUR PROPERTY...
I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO NOT PANIC ABOUT YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS BUT KANCHAN SHOULD PANIC IF SHE HAS ANY ASSET IN HER NAME IT COULD BE ATTACHED ...AND THEN IF ANY AMOUNT REMAINS UNPAID THEN THE BANK WILL ASK THE GUARONTER TO PAY ....SO ITS A LONG PROCESS STAY RELAXED AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH..

THE ONLY THING YOU DID WRONG WAS TO COLLATERAL ALL YOUR PROPERTY...YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED KANCHAN TO GIVE SOME ASSETS IN SECURITY.....

THA BANK WOULD HAVE TAKEN SOME SECURITY CHEQUES ALSO SIGNED BY KANCHAN ..IF THEY BOUNCE THE BANK COULD EVEN FILE A CASE U/S 138 OF NI ACT AND SHE COULD EVEN BE IMPRISONED....

I WOULD SUGGEST IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO SELL YOUR PROPERTY OUTSIDE THE BANK AND IT FETCHES MORE PRICE SO YOU SHOULD DO THE SAME AND THE REMAINING MONEY YOU COULD TAKE...IT WILL HELP YOU...

AND HIS PROPERTY VALUE APPROX  RS. 1:65  CRORE

You have good knowledge about the bank defaulter issue 

Prerna Ji i dont want to make an issue and i avoide the police complaint and other political power

I belive in fact , I made a big mistake in my life , 

Never mind i have more years to make my new house 

Prerna Ji at present i do business in Bitcoin & Etheriume Mining equipment

That i have installed and good returned around 10 to 15 % Profit margin depends on market

Do you have any knowledge for income tax ratio of TAX 

This above income in USDollar

dear sir

all your reciepts in USD will be valued at the buying rate of USD on the last day of financial year ie 31 st march IN CASE OF INCOME FROM BUSINESS AND PROFESSION......and tax rate will be the same that is applied normally for business in india..

you can check the tax slab rates for your criteria on the internet .....

THE MAIN THING IS VALUATION OF RECIEPTS IN FOREIGN CURRENCY THAT I TOLD YOU WILL BE VALUED AT THE BUYING RATE ON  31 MARCH OF FINANCIAL YEAR....
