Hi All,
I'm planning to buy bda site from farmer whose land was aquired by bd and bda has give them sites.
I have got BDA alloted site documents and checked with BDA website .
In BDA website the site number is mentioned in different survey number.Ex: survey number 18/3 site number 1001 but Documents which farmer is having survey nuber 18/2 site number 1001 .
How to know correctness of this . Farmer is having allotment letter,sale deed,khata,EC all show 18/2 site number 1001
Please guide me
