Taking child forcefully

Due to sever marital conflict, if I start residing separtely from my wife in the same town and take my six years old son wiht me agianst wishes of his mother, would that attract any criminal charges against me?

No, you are natural guardian and lawful custodian of the minor child no crime if you take with you. If there was any court order preventing you to take away the child from the custody of your wife then it could be trouble for you. Do it as soon before she move the Family Court seeking complete custody and sole guardianship of the minor child against you.

As per dharma shaastraas it is curse to keep distance the child from mother.
