Tax on second house

Please state the full fact of case.

if you own another rhouse if you rent it out after deducting Property tax, repairs etc from the  2nd house  rental income will be treated s income from house property and taxed as such.If you keep th ehous empty also on notional rental income basis also taxwould be levied,
