Hi sir,
we have purchased one flat in Ecity, bangalore for 14 lacs inclusive of amenities and car parking etc. The builder said we have to pay the taxes, registration fee, service tax and stamp duty and all other applicable taxes. Can u plz tell what the taxes i have to pay and how much % it is charged for 14 lacs rupees. The builder has approval for Bmrda. The expected possession is dec 2013.
