presently i am working in dept of post india as a group D 1800 gp. now i am selected in group c 2400gp by open recruitment in the same dept. but i had not applied through proper channel and had not taken permission from dept. now i applied for NOC and technical resignation. on my request my competent authority also ready to issue NOC and technical resignation. now i want to know that should i entitle for lien? what is the detail procedure of technical resignation? should i entitle for annual increment? what are the benifits to given me on technical resignation? please solve my query and give your best advice.
