technical resignation with lien

I am currently working with grade pay 5400 in Maharashtra. Now I going to join central government job with same grade pay. but not sure if I would continue there or not. Will I have any claim on my previous post ( in Maharashtra) for 2 years if I return within that time. can you guide me for that, protecting my previous post for 2 years. what is the way of technical resignation protecting lien? I have applied and selected through proper channel
