telephone bill

hello sir i got the  internet connection  with the telephone line and in the second  bill i got the call charges  1914  it is  impossible  because we r the three members in the family and all have  the  cell phone  personally  i demanded  the  detail bill with the descripttion of the called  call  pls  suggest what i should do i f  i got the the  phone  number whom i dont know  pls repy thanks

It is impossible you could have got call charges for Rs.1914.  Please check with your family members whether anybody used the download facility in the internet and could have downloaded from internet much resulting in the huge bill.

Sir, U can ask for CDR (Call Detailed Report) from your operator, If there is any discrepency, u can register complain at Nodal Office of the same Telcom Copmany, then to apellate authority of the same Telecom Co. If nothing happens then u may contact National Consumer Helpline Toll free no. 1800-11-4000 (U can also get the guidance at this no.).
