Telephonic conversations as evidence in family court

Hi Experts,

WIfe filed various cases with false alligations. They are all in pending

My question is

Are the telephonic conversations between wife and husband admissable as evidance? if yes, do we have any citations, which i can use?

Yes can be used But only on basis of conversation only judegemnt can not be made in favour of ur wife. You csn put excust that you werr drunk at time of phone call so i was not aware of what i was saying.

Adding few more information, for better understanding to answer my post.

1. I have the telephonic conversations b\w me and wife. I want to use them in cross examination and in arguments.

2. Under which section, they can be considered as evidence?
