Tenancy Agreement PWD

Property belongs to my father who is no more, we are two brothers. 4 people are mentioned in the *Tenancy Agreement" i.e Me, my 2 sons aged 21&24, and my brother..Can each one of us claim 25% each or 50%-50% Between brothers, (If you have Read my previous thread "Property Dispute" you must have known how my younger brother cheated me), I have now no option lefts but to find an ethical way out.

All the legal heirs of your father will get equal shares in your deceased father's property including your mother  As there are class 1 legal heirs, grandchildren are not having any right in grandfather property during lifetime of their father.  How to share the income to your two sons is solely your discretion.
