Dear Sir
My tenant has been staying in my flat for 2 years and worked for a software company. For last 3 month he is absconding. No idea where he went. I am trying to reach him but no gain. also i did not get any rent, he did not pay any maintenance or elec bill. i have emailed him and also posted msg in facebook ,but he does not bother to reply. I am totally confused. People suggest that i can open the house and sell the things as he did not come after 3 months. he did not pay rent for last 3 months .
