My tenant broke the lock to my stairs, placed his own lock. My tmt bars are missing. He admits in a video that I secretly recorded that he broke the lock & said he will break the lock again.
He also said he will not empty the shop or pay me rent anymore. That I can do whatever I want & that he illegally wants to occupy the shop.
What IPC acts can he be charged with?
File suit for possession u/sec 6 of Specific Relief Act and simultaneously either lodge FIR u/sec 380 & 451 IPC or file compaint u/sec 156(3) Cr.P.C before Court against tenant.
