I am resident of pune, Hadapsar area. My brother gave three rooms on rent in 2003. Tenant paid rent up to 2008 including electricity charges but since then until now has refused to pay rent and related charges. As the 'leave and licence' agreement was not made during renting the house what are the options we have to evict the tenant under Maharashtra rent control act.
1. Is eviction possible without written 'leave and licence'.
2. Under which section of Maharashtra rent control act eviction is possible.
