Tenant not paid rent for 4 months ,sent legal notice refused by him. few days later he missing ,lodged police complaint by his family member no clue till now, tenants belonging left in our shop,tenants mother not ready to vacate the shop with belongings she is indirectly forcing to belonging to sale her.
we are very much frustrated regarding this ...we feel we are not secured regarding this please some one suggest on this.
You may have to follow the legal procedures for eviction and you cannot take law into your hands.
File an eviction suit and follow it by filing an execution petition.
