My tenant not making agreement and not giving the rent also.Both husband and wife are so smart and try to avoid our visit and lock the house.no written proof is available in my hand i am outside state(delhi).Only i have a police verification form (PVF).my dealer not helping me.
for past 4 month i so confused .This house is my mother name who is goverment employee?what should i do ?how i protect my property for notorious tenant?Please tell me procedure step by step.(legal steps)
