Dear Experts
yesterday I got the reply of my TEP-RTI.
PIO state that investigation has been initiated. And under section 8(1)(j) hence tha same can not be provided under RTI & 8(1)(h) he says it is personal in nature and cannot be disclosed.
He addted that the citation you have attached of the case of Bhagat singh does not fit on your case.
I want to file the strong first appeal against this. Please guide me how to proceed.
Can any one have some citation?

i dont think commissner will provide info in 1st appeal,.,. but you have to go throw 1st appeal..
be prepared to go to CIC after your 1st appeal. CIC will definatley provide you with info... but it will take a long time...
