Dear All LCI members Pl sguide me on urgent manner(Victim of 489a/406/506) :-
My self filled TEP in Add. Comm. Of Income tax on 04.08.11.But till now Feb-13. Income tax – deptt give repl of my RTI – that investigation is under process and it is uncertain to give answer that at what time it will be complete.
Pls guide me what I have to do – speedy investigation.So that I have to show same in my case of 498a.
