Termination and salary issue

I've worked with a reputed company for last 7 months. In August I have to go to my home in West Bengal and I have applied for 12 days leave. My ticket was booked on 18th August but manager was rigid to give the leave from 19th Aug but I left on 18th Aug and inform them. In 23rd Aug they sent me a mail of termination without any notice and denied to release my salary. Also they denied to pay the security deposite which was deducted for last 6 months i.e. around rs 7250 and supposed to pay with the 7 month's salary. Currently They hold around rs 15000. So what can I do to release the salary. Please guide me.

Have to go through your appointment letter.
Maybe you gave a very short notice for such long period.
Maybe you went WB when your employer is in great need.

Anyways, what they did was illegal & unjust. You can file a Civil Suit for the recovery of dues along with the statutory dues in case if any.

Hi Kashyap,

Thanks for your guidance. I'm just going to discuss about the same with my HR once again. So please let me know what will be the procedure to file a complaint if they denied to release the salary and the bonus.

Take help of some local expert by showing him your employment documents.
