please clear my one doubt
my service was terminated in medical treatment under 1965 rule without mentioning pay and allowances clause(form I)of one month without any reson or remark? is this termination simpliciter or not
am i eligible for future employement under govt.establishment or not?

i m just asking for particular clause sir that is omitted in my order.

appeal accepted by appellete authorty and got a order of Reinstate of Service yesterday.
i am thankful to all forum members and my adovocate who could draft a appeal with his deep knowledge of provisions.

It is wrong to suggest that he did not get any respopnse.
