Please help me with some details abt terrace rights. We are 2 brothers and two sisters and im younger one. All above me got married and got settled in decent way. My father have property (about 250 sq. yards) in prime area of Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. He recently said that he is willing to start construction in the plot where he will construct ground floor, and first floor will be constructed by my elder brother.
My father said that he is willing to give terrace rights for first floor to my brother and by default i will be getting terrace rights for second floor (i,e G + 1+1). My brother has ready cash in hand and is willing to take up the construction simaltenously withmy father i.e G(my father) and G+1(My brother).
Since im not fully settled, i want pay some initial money for permission and get the terrace rights for second floor (G+1+1). else my father said that after terrace rights for my brother for first floor, rest of the property will again be common for all.
Can i go ahead and take Terrace Rights for G+1+1 (second floor)
