It was about 20 years ago, someone said it to me somewhere during personal discussion, that;

"It is not good to talk about negative things (defamatory) of anyone BUT IT IS BAD for NOT TO TALK ABOUT BEST THINGS OF SOMEONE."

The task was between myself and one of my forum friends Advocate Raj Kumar Makkad for which I had to say "THANKS" to him in PM BUT I felt to say him thanks in public underlining his greatness and under this feeling I had posted this thread.  So also that the subject matter of the task will be seen by the other likeminded friends here which is centred to "THE SECULAR DEMOCRATIC APPROACH OF OUR GREAT UNION OF INDIA" which I tried to post in my Blog.
