The well paid corrupt officials

And indeed a well knwn bribe taker of salary No. 26019 trapped red handed demanding bribe during Janauary 2003 was seen welcoming the chairman (ex-officio) of insurance company.Both the alleged bribe taker and highest authority of insurance company are seen wearing spectacles.
