My brothers wife is illegally occupying a part of my premises. Brother not staying at the place. She has filed a DV case against my brother, me and my wife. I have filed evacuation suit in City civil.
My brothers wife has been harassing and threatening me for life and limbs, and sometime brought some goondas, politicain etc. I filed several complain and NCs but no action.!!!
Recently she and her 16 yr old daughter were shouting that they will kill me my family my 12 yr old son and take the corpses to the court and ask the court to do whatever they want can do. I recorded the voice and filed complains with these evidence. But no action yet.
Please suggest me and oblige what to do. We are very much frieghtened and scared. She also give threat that being lady she can involve me in false cases and nowadays ladies can do anything.
