Dear Ld. Laywers:
I have the following queries:
1) My wife's brother threatened me, my mother, my uncle & aunty, to death and filing of false cases, after my wife left my place. Will the witness of my uncle & aunty help while fighting divorce case to my wife's & her family members bad attitude?
2) During a recent talk with my uncle, my father-in-law accused me that I am psycho, mentally retarted etc.. Can this help anywhere in the divorce proceedings? will my uncle's witness help? Please advise.
3) In case of mutual consent divorce, should the divorce settlement always be one-time settlement or may it be of monthly disbursement? In event of MCD, I want to pay only monthly maintenance rather than one-time settlement. Will this have any disadvantage? please advise.
