Contact the advocate that has taken up your case at HC and issue a notice to concerned authority for implementing HC Judgment in tune with superior AG's directions within a time frame of one month, and then file a contempt petition through him for expediting the issue. Your advocate is certainly the correct person as he knows the entire facts anad law involved in judgment.

Most often, civil contempt of court involves failure to satisfy a court order. Generally, sanction for civil contempt end when the party in contempt complies with the court order, or the underlying case resolves. Civil contempt can result in punishment including jail time and/or a fine.

Thank you sir for your kind reply. Actually, petitioner files a case in lokayukta court in 2012. Till no progress. Is there any alternative. Can we seek information under RTI Act from concern RDO / MRO, why they not implemented the court order and shall we go on contempt of court order. Please guide...
