Time limit to appeal to fast track or hc for dv case?

I have won the false domestic violence case filed by my ex , by the grace of God. No maintenance, no alimony, nothing has been awarded. Court said she is not entitled to any relief under the DV act. If my ex wants to appeal to the fast track court or High court, what is the time limit for her? Do I have to file any caveat?
