There is no time limit for a complaint with these offences.

I disagree with Mr. Ashok Advocate,
All accused have right to make for make time limit by filing speedy trial as per my sample petition attached.
Speedy trial is right of accused as per Article 21 of Indian constitution. Sample petition is attached.

@ Rocky Smith: With great respect, I think the question was what is the time limit to file a complaint for the offences that he has listed [please see the question heading: "Time limit to file criminal case"]. Under Section 468 of Cr.P.C., there is not time limit for the type of offences listed by the questioner.
What you have replied is slightly different thing, i.e., about the right to speedy trial of an accused, i.e., how much is time limit for completion of a trial.
