Under CRPC 125 my wife suceeded for an interim mantainence of 4000-4000 each for my child and for herself total 8000rs Per Month. She kept me in dark that she is ready for settlement but in actual she was playing game. After the appeal time was lapsed she denied for settlement. I have approached high court under limitation act sec -5
Do i stand any chance?
