Dear All,
I have a query.. If a trademark has not been in use by the registered propreitor, after how much time can some other person get it registered in his name?
Also what happens in a case where the proprietor becomes insolvent and the mark is still registered in his name? Will a third person be able to register it in his name? After how much time?
Please provide sectio if any.
