My wife had given me notice through a Lawyer & stated allegations related to 498A against me & my family. Similar application she had put in Ladies Poice Station from where we had been asked to come for giving statements. So we had given our statements & now after a month I want to know the status of that application. Required your help as I am looking to file application to get information about that case. Kindly suggest on following queries.
1. To which Public Authority I have to file request?
