Hi,
i purchased one flat in boisar thane,when i purchased the flat,mobile tower was fitted on its top.it is 4 story buiding(Ground+3). mobile tower is not functioning since three year when i was purchase the flat that time also it was stop.i requested to our society to communicate with mobile operator to remove it but society is not taken any action,even i ask to builder but he is saying that he handover the building to society so he cannt do anything.
even mobile company is not paying any rent to society and also not removing the tower.it was stop earlier due to vibration(may be agreemnet was not completed).
So i want to know how i can remove it.if society is not interested to handle the matter then how i can go through legal to society and also to mobile company.
