Mr. Majeed and Ms. Dimple, better know that this portal is not for canvassing your business, if you want to promote your business,do it properly and legally and do not misuse the weakness of the querists who approach here seeking advises. This place renders advises at free of cost. @Querist: It will be better that you look for Trademark law practicing advocate directly or the agencies, clarify the details in person and proceed.
