Dear All,
I had applied for the registration of one trademark about 2.5 months back myself only. However, I have yet not recieved the acknowledgment from the TM Registry while from what I can see, some other marks have moved ahead in their status of application.
Please guide me as to this issue.

Please visit the Trade Marks registry office and make enquiries.

Sometimes it takes time as your application will be dealt when your number will come. It is better that you go to TM office with all your documents and check the status.

You can get the acknowledgement of your application by entering the DD number, DD date and the Bank details at https://www.ipindiaonline.gov.in/eregister/eregister.aspx.
