Dear Sir/Madam,
i stay in hyderabad.i use to go office daily.9.30am.
on 7th of september 2015.i was at traffic signal.i have crossed the zebra line due to lot of sound horn blowing from behind by other vehicles near to that signal their were 17 traffic cops and one sub inspector standing and seeing all.but he doesn't stop the vehicle for breaking rules.recently i have received challan with photograph for breaking law.i want to ask you can i tell this matter to his higher authorities/Higher Rank Officers?if yes.what will be the procedure.
