please help me a with support..
my father all money cleared to other man for buying land..there is wife and husband and five son in whole family.
but unfortunately Husband died.
but now all are agree but 1 son not agree .for money matters
so how can do to register land. ??
please give me a solution..

As your father died all his legal heirs i.e. his wife and children have equal rights over the property, divide the property into 6 shares (mother and 5 sons) and register the partition and sell individually or jointly. otherwise, file a suit for partition.
