Transfer of flat from my dad to me

Dear All,

My Dad is having a flat at Andheri (E) - Mumbai . Which He had purchased in the Year 1982 . We are having

the original Documents (Agreement ) of the flat as well as the share certificates from the soceity . Now i Want

to Transfer the flat from my dad`s name to my name as well as the share certificates . What is the procedure

for the transfer to be done . If any of the forum members ( Lawyers) are going through my question and can

guide me regarding this . would like to meet and start the process .

You can get flat transferred in your name by way of gift deed from your father.

It is simple proceess needed registration.
