Transfer of land now reserved as forest

My client has a property acquired in year 2000.  the law was enacted in 1975 however the central govt brought reservation in 2006. there are no forests there as everyone has constructed housed in that area. however the local municipal corporation does not allow any fresh permissions since the land is tecnically a forest!!

my client wants to sell the property , however this cannot be transferred since it is forest land and local authorities refuse to scan the documents.

can this person enter into a sale deed without registration and let the buyer transfer the property as and when the reservation is removed ? is it valid or can there be no sale deed without registration?

Please provide details as to where the property is located.

Also when your client purchased the property in 2000 he must have done it through a registered sale deed which may have more details of the property which you may have to discuss with an expert.

Even if there is a reservation, there is no bar on transferring the property. It may be on lease and there could eb lease conditions or there may be some other reason due to which the registration cannot take place.

Please discuss with an expert.
