I have a room in chawl in jogeshwari (w) in the name of my Father.My father expired in 2007. I am only child of my parent. My said room come under SRA development. The said room passed in Annexure -ii in the name of my father. Pls. suggest that whether it can be alloted to my mother in the SRA.?? or Sucession or Heir ship certificate is required?? Now developer is issuing rent chq in the name of my father. can he issued chq in the name of my mother???
what kind of legel document is required to obtain in allotment in the name of my mother? and the procedure to obtain the same??
