Please Guide for
I have purchase Mhada Property in Mumbai. The Said Property not transfer for five year as per Mhada Rules. I Purchase Property before Five Years. The Said Agreement was Notrised.
Now I am going for registration and paying this stampduty for this sales agreement. But Agent said that this will not possible because this sales agreement was five years old.
I have not communicat / traceable the first owner.
I Request you to all experts please guide for Paying Stamp duty and Registration for this Five Year Old Agreement.
