Submit the WILL to the authrotiy under whose jurisdiction property falls to act upon the WILL.

Usually the website of authrotiy have descripttion and copies of procedure/forms/documents required in such cases.

You need to fulfill it.

If it is not mandatory to probate the WILL at your location then authority may ask for death certificate, legal hgeir certificate, NOC of all ClassI legal heirs and/or publication in newspaper…………………….to act upon the WILL.

If the WILL is contested it may land up in probate court of pecuniary jurisdiction.

If it is mandatory to probate the WILL at your location then apply for probate.
