You can gift/sell/transfer/WILL etc.

Local SRO can guide you on charges etc.

You can even provide POA.

Prefer to consult local lawyer specializing in such /family/property/revenue/civil matters.

1) Sir as u live in U.K. u can execute POA in favour of ur father about all rights of ur property at INDIA.

2) Submit that POA  to Indian embasy. Our Embasy will transfer it to Delhi H.Q. and copy to ur concern state. Now ur fatther can execute document by presenting at SRO office.

3) or U directly come to INDIA execute the document and then go back to U. K. as per time available to you.
