Donor Has executed Registered Gift Deed and Donee has accepted the same . Registered Gift Deed Executed for Transfer of Flat located in Cooperative society. All Respective document as per Society Bye Law has been submitted to society chairman .
Now the chairman during the committe meeting not informing about the application received from Donee in fornt of committe member .
Due to this there is delay in transfer of flat in society . We have approach chairman , to know whether any document further do they required . Chairman accepted that all document are in proper place . Acknowledgment of the same in signature has been given .
Kindly guide us to resolve this issue .
