Transfer of property through will

I want to know the procedures for transfer of property through a person's Will.   We are Four Sisters and I am the only son of my parents.   My expired father had purchased and registered our house in my mother's name through his personal income.   My mother now wishes to transfer it in my name through her Will.  What is the procedure for the same ?
