Transfer of property within family without stamp duty

Sir I am senior citizen and owner of building with Pagdi tenants .  We  are total 5 siblings. One elder sister, myself and three younger sisters.

After my father's death, the property is now in the name of all 5 of us. . The property card  has all 5 names. My sisters are married and don't stay with me .

Sine we are all old now, I want to have clear title in my name along with my son as joint owner and beneficiary after my death.  We are in very cordial relationship and now all my sisters are ok to transfer property in my name so that I become sole owner and I can then add my son also in the property card. All my sisters are ok to transfer the rights to me and can sign the desired documents.

Can an this be done without stamp duty since all changes are within blood relations.  Request advise from experts . Many thanks

Dear Sir,

Register a relinquish deed of legal heirs it will be done on stamp duty on relinquishment deed only, and initiate the process of mutation.

Thanks & Regards,
