Hi I and my mother have purchased a plot jointly for Rs 20L in Kanpur in 2015 and took bank loan to construct house, now house is constructed and bank loan is closed.
I want to transfer my share in property to my father' name under the June 2022 order passed by Uttar Pradesh government to transfer the property registry to a family member by paying Rs. 5000+1000 only .my question is as the property nature has changed (plot to house) and value also has changed (plot cost 30L + construction cost 30L) .
What property details and cost will be mentioned in the new registry ? Same as 2015 details or 2022 current date details will be mentioned? And will it cost any additional charges over and above Rs 6000/- for doing re-registry in favour of my father?
