Transfer of rights

I have filed a partition suit to divide our ancestors property. My sisters and brother did not come to court but now I have convinced my sisters to transfer their share to my name. Although they have agreed to transfer to me I don't know what is their agreement with my brother. I want them to transfer their share to me in the court so that I will get the maximum property decreed in my name. My lawyer is advising me that let the decree be in their name and let them transfer their share by signing in the tahashildar office. Because in the court they may change mind and transfer their share to my brother also. My question is

1) can I ask my sisters to transfer their share to me in the tahashildar office before the decree in the court. or

2) should I wait for the decree in the court in their name. or

3) should I ask them to transfer their share to me in the court?

let your sister file  a written statement and also memo in the court to transfer their shares to you.  Or after passing the decree you can get the regd., rights reliqunish deed from your sisters in your favour.
