You are confused.
You want the property to be transferred in the name of NANI.
But, NANI wants the property to be divided equally amongst daughters (that means she does not want any share).
Why this confusion? Why don't you come after discussing with them.

Ab kuch nahin karna padega. Once Nanaki's death take place, the property can be divided as per the wish of Nani amongst all the daughters. That's all. Ask at that time the procedure.
