Travelling overseas

Hi

There is a pending case of 306 and 498A against me. Request you to please clarify my for the following situation:

BELOW 3 things happened in sequence:

1) AB was granted to me by Session court with NO condition or restriction on any kind of travel outside country.

2) Thereafter my passport got expired and to get same reissued, i seeked permission from MM court and was granted permission BUT condition also appeared in the order that i need to furnish surity of 50K + inform court whenever need to travel

3) I was granted regular bail by MM court. Surety Bail bond of 20K was also furnished. There was no condition or restriction of any travel in this order.

Please confirm if i need to now honow point 2 condition as need to travel overseas on official visit, though i am on regular bail as per point 3 above which was executed after point 2....

yes you need to honour your commitment that you made to secure bail.If for some reason you are unable to attend a hearing, your lawyer can file a exemtion petition for that particular instance.
