I was applied for true copy of “Information Petition” filed by wife in Dec 2010 at civil court, Dhanbad, Jharkhand but not found due to unavailable in domestic violence case file lodged subsequently by wife. Then, I applied to Record room but he is avoidance regularly. What I can do? Please advise me.
